R&R Care Solutions was founded in 2009 by Catherine (far right) and Jay Weil (far left), who felt a calling to help the elderly live comfortably in their homes after the experience of caring for their own parents as they aged. Their mission is to offer Rest and Relaxation to the elderly through at-home care services in the Greater New Orleans area. By 2015, Catherine and Jay’s daughter Janell (middle) joined the family business, providing her healthcare attorney experience to the R&R Care Solutions team.
Together, the Weil family is continuing to expand the services offered by R&R to meet the growing needs of an aging population.
