R&R Care Solutions is a family-owned business that started over 20 years ago by Jay and Catherine. After personally caring for their family members for over a decade they opened this businesses to assist others in caring for their loved ones. Our family works hard to help seniors in our community age in their homes with dignity, and to give their family members peace of mind that they are receiving loving and dedicated care.
It is our goal to match caregivers with clients so that both our caregivers and our clients are happy with the time they spend together. Our caregivers are the backbone of our company and we will work to make sure you are well taken care of and content in your work environment.

Job Title & Description
Caregiver - If you have a big heart and like to help people in need, a career with R&R Care Solutions might be right for you. Caregiving can involve assisting our clients with light meal prep, dressing, transportation, housekeeping, companionship, and more. A compassionate, joyful attitude and loving concern for others is important in making our clients feel loved and cared for.
Qualifications
1 year previous experience in caregiving
Track record of being trustworthy and consistent
Transportation you can count on to get you to and from a client
Responsibilities
Light housekeeping and engaging in client conversation
Meal prep and transporting client(s) to and from appointments
Assisting clients in safe movement by taking walks and standing by to assure safety
Pre-Requisites (original documentation of the following will be needed)
Valid driver’s license or state ID
Social security card or birth certificate
Negative drug and TB screen
Background investigation in good standing
Preferences
Active car insurance
COVID-19 vaccination
CNA license
CPR certification
First-aid certification
